Konni
Konni is an important fork in the road Muvattupuzha-Punalur. It is about 11 km from district headquarters. It is an important cash crops like rubber, pepper, coffee and ginger, which form the backbone of the state's agricultural economy. Konni-Kallela Achankovil-Road-This is a new road built by people with disabilities, providing easy access to Tamil Nadu (Tenkasi) through Achankovil.This is part of the road project Chittar-Achankovil. Most of the section covers the Forestry Division and the beautiful landscape offers a feast for the eyes. This road reduces the distance between Tenkasi Sabarimala about 21 km. Konni in Achankovil is 39 km.
