Shankumugham Beach

Shankumugham Beach is a beach in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala, southern India. The beach is on the west side of Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) from the city and near the International Airport of Trivandrum.

The vast expanse of white sand and the serene environment, away from crowds in the city, offers everything you need to relax and spend a perfect evening. There is also a "Star Fish Restaurant" with food kiosks and outdoor theater parking spaces. Good food can be seen in the coffee house in India, directly opposite the beach, which is also a vantage point to enjoy the sunset. Unfortunately, the beach is well maintained with trash scattered throughout the region.

Shanghumugham beach is considered the "Arattukadavu Sri Ananthapadmanabhan - The deity of the city. Thousands of Hindus perform" Bali Tharpanam "special occasions. Mugham Shanghua is the ideal place for Ganesh Vinayaka Nimarjan in Chathurthi.
